For us to fully understand and recommend how best to go about fixing your plumbing / drainage problem we always recommend a site inspection of the system, where possible we will carry out a CCTV survey of the inside of the pipework with one of our specialist cameras. The footage and photos taken help us decide which path to take.

After the initial inspection has been carried out we will send you a full report of our findings along with the footage and a recommended course of action.

As part of our inspection services we also offer a mapping service of any drainage or plumbing system if you do not have any current drawings.

A full camera inspection can be carried out on all your drainage pipes and you will receive a full report highlighting any issues which may be causing problems or likely to become worse.

For large sites we also offer mapping if you don’t have any existing drawings. This can save thousands of pounds by tackling problems before they occur and knowing where pipes lay for future works.

For plumbing systems we carry out internal pipe inspections by removing small sections of pipework to determine the cause of your problems whilst also carrying out a visual inspection where possible for external signs such as CUI (corrosion under insulation) or green pitting and any other signs of corrosion to the pipework.
